KALAP Volunteer Opportunities

Volunteers are the backbone of KALAP. Volunteers can do one on one work with lawyers needing assistance. Some volunteers are in recovery from addiction or other conditions. Others have simply offered their time for what they see as an important service to another lawyer and to the legal profession.

Volunteers can also help KALAP’s mission by serving on the KALAP Board, tabling at events, drafting articles, organizing CLE opportunities and a myriad of other tasks.

KALAP offers training and support to volunteers, including an annual day-long seminar with CLE credit.
